The purpose of this present study was to identify the factors affecting the development of the maritime tourism industry in line with the economic growth of the ports of Khorramshahr and Abadan and its effect on attracting tourists in the Arvand Free Zone. On the other hand, citing the research objective, ranking the factors affecting the development of the maritime tourism industry will increase the income of the ports and maritime organizations of Abadan and Khorramshahr, Arvand Free Zone, as well as creating job opportunities in Khuzestan Province. The method of this research is applied in terms of its purpose and in terms of descriptive-survey nature which is conducted by interviewing, observing, studying, and ... with a deductive approach to identify influential factors. On the other hand, in the quantitative part of the research, the analysis has been carried out. Data were analyzed by using SPSS and LISREL software based on the T-test and structural equations model. Based on the results, natural variables of other variables were more effective than those with a T-statistic of 14.84 and an impact factor, of 0.85, which is a significant amount. This value is considered strong in terms of the severity of the effect since it is more than 70%. On the other hand, the variable of political factors, with the value of t statistic, is 9.71, the coefficient of influence is 0.59, and the effect of average intensity has the least effect on attracting tourists to the Arvand Free Zone.

The purpose of this research is to provide a model for international marketing of Iranian startups with a focus on Iranian virtual service startups. This research is an applied research in terms of its purpose; Because in addition to the educational and scientific aspect, it will also have a practical aspect for various companies and organizations related to Iran's virtual service startups. Also, according to its nature and method, it is a qualitative research. But since this research aims to design a model, the research approach is exploratory. The results of this research showed that, in general, the characteristics of the destination country, knowledge characteristics of the company, international experience of the company, communication, marketing skills, gaining experience and training, company structure, strategies, and classification of international customers are the main themes of the international marketing model of startups. They were Iranian. Due to the emerging needs of customers, with the development of new technologies and business models, startups are unique tools that can be widely used in the maritime industry. The purpose of this study was to investigate and rank the factors affecting the development of maritime travel and tourism in the Persian Gulf terminus of Khorramshahr port. In previous studies, despite investigating other types of tourism, there has been no study on maritime tourism and in particular on maritime travel and tourism at the Persian Gulf terminus of Khorramshahr port. Despite the realization of the research goal, while increasing the revenue of the Khuzestan ports and maritime organization, it will boost job opportunities in the region, otherwise the potential loss of the region will result in the loss of capital in the maritime sector. The method of this research is based on the nature of exploratory blend (qualitative-quantitative approach), which focuses on qualitative research. The quantitative part of this research is related to the analytical method based on Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In addition, SPSS22 and Expert choice11 software were used for this purpose. Based on the results, the infrastructure dimension with the final weight of 0.528 first rank and the service, economic and cultural services with the final weight of 0.243, 0.142 and 0.086 respectively ranked second, third and fourth. Among the components, the construction of residential and recreational facilities, the provision of patrols and sea tours, banking facilities for the private sector and media advertising, respectively, with the final weight of 0.431, 0.432, 0.488 and 0.559, were among the components of each dimension as the first rank.

Ports in order to increase income and prosperity looking to create attractions and incentives to attract shippers and ship owners. Port in a geographic area has the potential for development can play a central role or hub port compared to other competitors, and attract more goods and thus better economic situation. Increased competition to attract companies and ships in the Persian Gulf ports of Jebel Ali and surveying the challenges and factors affecting hub ports are necessary southern Iran.The first three southern port of Chabahar, martyr Rajai and Imam Khomeini, the hub of the five main indicator of geographic location, operations, Hinterland, economic and customs using multi-criteria analysis, AHP model were compared and prioritized. The results of the analysis shows that the indicators, factors related to the geographical location of the 50.7% and 5.6% respectively, the highest and lowest priority customs and the best port, Port martyr Rajai weighing 64.6% of the greater importance of the hub is entitled to two ports.The second section examines the significance of each of the factors affecting the martyr Rajai Port Hub latest deals. Statistical information for the analysis and testing hypotheses from binomial test was used and the application spss16. The results show that the port services, port location, Infrastructure and superstructure and speed Customs the most effective and the least impact on the dry port hub is the latest martyr Rajai port.
